The Jackson Laboratory (JAX) - Kumar Lab Mouse BxD Survey of Behavior in the Open Field Arena (Video Dataset)

A video library of mouse behavior in the open field. We test genetically diverse mouse strains from the BxD recombinant inbred mouse panel. This dataset can be used for computational ethology based analysis of animal behavior.
