The Jackson Laboratory (JAX) - Kumar Lab Mouse BxD Survey of Behavior in the Open Field Arena (Video Dataset)

A video library of mouse behavior in the open field. We test genetically diverse mouse strains from the BxD recombinant inbred mouse panel. This dataset can be used for computational ethology based analysis of animal behavior.本数据集为旷场环境下小鼠行为的视频库。研究团队针对取自BxD重组近交系小鼠面板（BxD recombinant inbred mouse panel）的遗传多样性小鼠品系完成了行为测试。该数据集可用于开展基于计算行为学的动物行为分析工作。
