Evolutionary analysis of hfb4 gene in filamentous fungi Trichoderma

The aim of the study was to investigate the evolutionary history of an universal hydrophobin gene, hfb4, in Trichoderma spp., and to analyze its selection presure on each lineage.本研究旨在探究木霉属（Trichoderma）物种中通用疏水蛋白基因hfb4的进化历史，并分析该基因在各进化谱系所承受的选择压力。
