Human transthyretin (hTTR) binding affinities of per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS)

This dataset includes in vitro experimental binding affinity values of per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) to human transthyretin (hTTR)*. All the data were collected from the literature. Part of these data was used in a scientific research article available at https://doi.org/10.3390/toxics13070590. This article was published by the same authors of the present dataset under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) license. *hTTR is a key thyroid hormone distributor protein, whose disruption (e.g., by chemical substances such as PFAS) may lead to severe adverse effects. All literature references are appropriately included in the uploaded file.
