Raw reads of transcriptomes created during a vernalisation time course that spans unvernalised (0 days in vernalised) to 20 days vernalisation in 5 day increments. Contains transcriptomic data from both spring (S317) and winter (C311) safflower and includes the random sample key used for sequencing.\nLineage: Illumina short read HiSeq2500 see Cullerne et al., (~2020)
