We systematically sequenced the transcriptome of the maternal fetal interface, including peripheral blood, in the commonly used LPS-induced mouse preterm labor model, in order to systematically study the changes in the transcriptional level of the maternal-fetal interface in the LPS induced mouse preterm labor model, and provide some inspiration for searching for potential pathological mechanisms related to preterm labor.

本研究针对当前常用的脂多糖(Lipopolysaccharide, LPS)诱导小鼠早产模型,对包含外周血在内的母胎界面(maternal-fetal interface)转录组开展了系统测序;旨在系统性探究该模型下母胎界面的转录水平变化,为发掘与早产相关的潜在病理机制提供研究启示。
