After exposure to arsenic, when grown in a biofilm, Thiomonas sp. CB2 develop variants that are more resistant to arsenic. 3 variants were selected for genome sequencing and comparison with the original CB2 strain.
当暴露于砷(arsenic)环境并以生物被膜(biofilm)形式生长时,单胞菌属(Thiomonas)菌株CB2可产生对砷具有更高抗性的变异株。本研究选取3株该变异株进行基因组测序(genome sequencing),并与原始CB2菌株开展对比分析。
