Simulates the spread of forest fires via computer machine learning methods. The development of the fire front is simulated using the narrow-band level set method. The numerically generated fire fronts are used to separately validate the machine learning and level set methods for fire spread, and the methods are then applied to real-scale shrub forest fire scenarios.
