Blood Profiles of HSK

This dataset comprises retrospective hematological data from 1,158 patients with Herpes Simplex Keratitis (HSK) and 5,354 control subjects. It includes 55 routine laboratory blood parameters, offering a multidimensional profile of each individual. Key variables cover a range of biomarkers such as platelet distribution width (PDW), serum calcium, basophil ratio, globulin levels, and prothrombin time\u2014features identified as significant contributors to HSK characterization through interpretable machine learning.
