Screening and Preliminary Identification of Inhibin alpha Subunit-Specific Nanobodies Through High-Throughput Sequencing Combined with Mass Spectrometry

We here performed high-throughput sequencing of the nanobody (VHH) gene in the lymphocytes of Bactrian camels before and after inhibin protein immunization and mass spectrometry analysis of specific antibodies to this protein in serum after immunization to screen for inhibin alpha subunit-specific nanobodies.

本研究对经抑制素蛋白免疫前后的双峰驼淋巴细胞中的纳米抗体（nanobody，VHH）基因进行高通量测序，并对免疫后血清中针对该蛋白的特异性抗体开展质谱分析，以此筛选获得靶向抑制素α亚基的纳米抗体。
