Enrishment cultures analysis from the Yessentukskoye mineral water deposit

Culture-based microbiological studies were used to analyze the representatives of the major metabolicgroups of microorganisms in the Yessentukskoye mineral water deposit. Total DNA from Enrishment cultures were analyzed by V4 16SrRNA gene sequencing.

本研究采用基于培养的微生物学方法，对叶森图基（Yessentukskoye）矿泉水矿床中微生物主要代谢类群的代表菌株进行分析。研究通过V4区16S核糖体RNA（16S rRNA）基因测序，对富集培养物的总DNA展开检测分析。
