Sublethal effects of insecticides on natural enemies

In this study we established a insecticide-resistant strain of in the laboratory, and constructed a transcriptome library of insecticide-resistant (ThR) strain and susceptible strain (SS) of natural enemy insects. The possible physiological and biochemical pathways related to thiamethoxam resistance were explored.

本研究于实验室建立了天敌昆虫的抗杀虫剂品系，并针对抗噻虫嗪（thiamethoxam）品系（ThR）与敏感品系（SS）构建了转录组文库（transcriptome library），进而探究了与噻虫嗪抗性相关的潜在生理生化通路。
