Determined was the diversity of mutation-specific TCRs of tumor bearing mice (TBM). Isolated were tetramer-binding CD4 T cells followed by single cell TCR-sequencing using 10x.
本研究测定了荷瘤小鼠（Tumor Bearing Mice, TBM）的突变特异性T细胞受体（T cell receptor, TCR）多样性。实验中首先分离得到四聚体结合性CD4 T细胞，随后采用10x技术开展单细胞TCR测序。
