Understanding America's Neighborhoods Using Uncertain Data from the American Community Survey

This repository contains all of the inputs, outputs, and validation for "Understanding America's Neighborhoods Using Uncertain Data From the American Community Survey" by Spielman and Singleton (in press). See the paper at URL for detailed descriptions of the files.

On 2016-08-20, the openICPSR web site was moved to new software. In the migration process, some projects were not published in the new system because the decisions made in the old site did not map easily to the new setup. An ICPSR staff member manually published these projects, taking care to preserve the original wishes of the depositor.

2016年8月20日，openICPSR官网完成了系统软件升级迁移。迁移过程中，由于旧平台的配置规则无法直接适配新系统架构，部分项目未能自动发布至新平台。随后ICPSR工作人员手动完成了这些项目的发布工作，并严格遵循了数据提交者的原始设置意愿。
