因受領遲延、拒絕受領或不能受領之土地徵收補償費，自通知送達發生效力之日起，逾15年未領取將歸屬國庫之案件(63)
Cases (63) where land expropriation compensation fees—due to delayed receipt, refusal to receive, or inability to receive—will vest in the national treasury if not claimed for more than 15 years from the date when the notice of delivery becomes effective.
