Sporothrix brasiliensis WGS

Sporothrix brasiliensis is the causative agent of human and animal sporotrichosis. Outbreaks, foremost driven by infected cats, were first described in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil and subsequently in adjacent states and countries, possibly involving clonal spread. 21 isolates were sequenced in order to understand the spread of this mycosis
