The transcriptomic response of the pecan cultivar 'Desirable' was studied at three time points (24, 48, and 96 hours post-inoculation) after inoculating with two different scab isolates: a pathogenic (De-Tif11) and a non-pathogenic (Pa-OK-11).

本研究为RNA测序（RNA seq）研究，旨在解析美国山核桃抗疮痂病的分子机制。以美国山核桃品种‘Desirable’为试材，分别接种两种不同的疮痂病菌株——致病型菌株De-Tif11与非致病型菌株Pa-OK-11，并在接种后24、48、96小时三个时间点，对其转录组响应特征展开分析。
