Treatment with CDK12 inhibitor

HeLa cells were treated with CDK12/13 inhibitor THZ531. The cells are genetically engineered to harbor an artificial factor 9 locus on chromosome 5. RNA sequencing was performed to assess transcriptinal and RNA processing phenotypes after treatment.

本数据集的实验材料为经基因工程改造、在5号染色体上携有人工因子9基因座（artificial factor 9 locus）的海拉细胞（HeLa）；研究中使用CDK12/13抑制剂（CDK12/13 inhibitor）THZ531对该细胞进行处理，随后通过RNA测序（RNA sequencing）评估处理后细胞的转录及RNA加工表型。
