通过系统录入的方式进行清洗、加工、汇总，汇总国内销售每个月各个区域的销售金额，通过计算各个区域每个月销售金额的方差大小，以用来评价各个区域的销售情况，从而用于评估该区域的生产和销售策略，对于销售额超平稳型，所有企业无需时时关注该区域的行情，可每月保持好椭圆车的生产和销售数量；对于销售额一般平稳型，所有企业需每季度关注该区域的行情，适当调整椭圆车的生产和销售数量；而对于销售额波动型，所有企业需每月时时关注该区域行情，了解该区域的销售行情变化，以适应大幅度调整椭圆车的生产和销售数量变化。本行业所有企业可以通过往年数据了解本行业在该区域的销售行情，以平衡生产和销售数量。其他行业也可以通过对该区域销售评价情况，合理调整生产和销售。数据采集：记录公司椭圆车国内销售情况，并统计销售情况，根据区域对销售量进行划分归类，从而将各年度每个月销售至不同区域的销售额，从一月至十二月依次用x1,x2...x12表示，并汇总计算得到各区域当年的总销售额x；数据计算：计算各区域的月平均销售额x̅=各区域当年的总销售额x/12。根据方差公式计算方差s2={(x1-x̅)^2+(x2-x̅)^2+(x3-x̅)^2+…+(x12-x̅)^2}/12，从而得到各区域的月销售额的方差s2大小。数据应用：当方差s2小于10评价该区域为销售额超平稳型。当方差s2大于等于10并且小于等于20评价该区域为销售额一般平稳型。当方差s2大于20评价该区域为销售额波动型。

This dataset is cleaned, processed and aggregated via systematic data entry, which aggregates the monthly sales amounts of each regional market in the domestic sales of elliptical vehicles. The variance of monthly sales amounts for each region is calculated to evaluate its sales performance, so as to support the assessment of local production and sales strategies.

For regions classified as ultra-stable sales type: Enterprises do not need to monitor the regional market trends in real time, and can maintain consistent production and sales volumes of elliptical vehicles on a monthly basis.
For regions classified as moderately stable sales type: Enterprises need to conduct quarterly monitoring of the regional market, and appropriately adjust the production and sales volumes of elliptical vehicles.
For regions classified as volatile sales type: Enterprises need to conduct real-time monthly monitoring of the regional market, track changes in local sales trends, and make substantial adjustments to the production and sales volumes of elliptical vehicles accordingly.

All enterprises in this industry can use historical data to grasp the sales trends of their industry in the target region, so as to balance their production and sales volumes. Enterprises from other industries can also reasonably adjust their production and sales operations based on the sales evaluation results of this regional market.

### Data Collection
Record the domestic sales status of the company's elliptical vehicles, and classify the sales volumes by region. The monthly sales amounts to different regions in each calendar year are denoted as x₁, x₂, ..., x₁₂ from January to December sequentially, and the total annual sales amount x for each region is aggregated and calculated.

### Data Calculation
Calculate the monthly average sales amount x̄ for each region as x̄ = x / 12, where x is the total annual sales amount of the region. Calculate the variance s² of the monthly sales amounts using the standard variance formula:
s² = [(x₁ - x̄)² + (x₂ - x̄)² + (x₃ - x̄)² + … + (x₁₂ - x̄)²] / 12
Thereby obtaining the variance value s² of the monthly sales for each region.

### Data Application
A regional market is classified as ultra-stable sales type when s² < 10; moderately stable sales type when 10 ≤ s² ≤ 20; and volatile sales type when s² > 20.
