在我国西南地区腾冲青海湖泊获取岩芯样品，使用高效液相色谱-大气压化学电离-质谱（HPLC-APCI-MS）分析仪成功分离5-和6-甲基；基于东非地区校正公式重建温度，新增西南地区高分辨率定量温度序列，及提供南亚地区降水同位素记录
Core samples were collected from Lake Tengchong Qinghai in southwest China. 5- and 6-methyl were successfully isolated using a high-performance liquid chromatography-atmospheric pressure chemical ionization-mass spectrometry (HPLC-APCI-MS) instrument. Temperature reconstructions were conducted based on a calibration formula developed for East Africa, and a newly established high-resolution quantitative temperature sequence for Southwest China, along with precipitation isotope records from South Asia, are provided in this dataset.
