该数据集主要包括本项目中掺杂条件、晶粒大小等因素对钙钛矿晶体中光生载流子产生、输运、散射动力学过程的影响及机制研究内容。本部分研究内容通过建立起的时间分辨荧光成像系统与泵浦-探测瞬态吸收光谱系统,基于载流子动力学模型,探索和总结不同钙钛矿晶体生长条件对光生载流子动力学的影响及对应的作用机制。本数据集的数据来源于项目承担单位以及外协测试单位的表征设备上直接采集,设备包括自主搭建的时间分辨荧光扫描成像系统、泵浦-探测瞬态吸收光谱系统、模拟计算数据以及常规的材料表征测试设备等。本数据集内容主要内容包括载流子调控模型数据、荧光动态统计数据、晶体形貌表征数据、瞬态吸收光谱分析数据、论文及发明专利文件等。其中载流子调控模型数据由载流子表征数据包括瞬态吸收和荧光动态、模拟计算程序以及相应的机理分析组成;论文及发明专利的具体图表通过原始数据以及分析数据的进一步分析和整合获得。本数据集容量约为100M。

This dataset mainly covers the research contents on the effects and mechanisms of factors such as doping conditions and grain size on the generation, transport, and scattering dynamics of photogenerated carriers in perovskite crystals in this project. This part of research explores and summarizes the effects of different perovskite crystal growth conditions on the dynamics of photogenerated carriers and their corresponding mechanisms, based on the carrier dynamics model and the established time-resolved fluorescence imaging system and pump-probe transient absorption spectroscopy system. The data in this dataset are directly collected from the characterization equipment of the project undertaker units and outsourced testing institutions, including self-built time-resolved fluorescence scanning imaging system, pump-probe transient absorption spectroscopy system, simulation calculation data, and conventional material characterization and testing equipment, etc. The main contents of this dataset include carrier regulation model data, fluorescence dynamics statistics data, crystal morphology characterization data, transient absorption spectroscopy analysis data, papers and invention patent documents, etc. Among them, the carrier regulation model data consists of carrier characterization data (including transient absorption and fluorescence dynamics), simulation calculation programs, and corresponding mechanism analysis; the specific charts and graphs in papers and invention patents are obtained through further analysis and integration of raw data and analyzed data. The total size of this dataset is approximately 100 MB.
