This is an expanded cryosphere lake greenhouse gas dataset based on the Cryosphere Inland Water Greenhouse Gases Database (https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.11054180). To compile the dataset, we searched various sources, including peer-reviewed papers, dissertations, theses, and public data repositories. The searches were conducted using platforms such as Web of Science, Google Scholar, ProQuest Dissertations & Theses Global, China National Knowledge Infrastructure, Arctic Data Center, Zenodo, Environmental Data Initiative, and PANGAEA. The search string is: (methane OR CH4 OR carbon dioxide OR CO2 OR nitrous oxide OR N2O OR greenhouse*) AND (lake OR pond OR reservoir) AND (Arctic* OR Tibet* OR Greenland OR Antarctic OR glacier* OR permafrost). We ensured completeness by conducting multiple searches before April 2025.The R code used to analyze the temperature dependence of CH4 emissions in cryosphere lakes is available at https://github.com/songchunlin/CryoLakeCH4Temp. The related manuscript by Chunlin Song, Genxu Wang, Cristian Gudasz, R. 本数据集为扩充版冰冻圈湖泊(cryosphere lake)温室气体数据集,其基于《冰冻圈内陆水域温室气体数据库》(https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.11054180)构建。为构建该数据集,研究团队检索了多类数据源,包括同行评议期刊论文、学位论文及公开数据仓储。本次检索依托以下平台开展:Web of Science、谷歌学术、ProQuest全球学位论文数据库、中国知网(China National Knowledge Infrastructure)、北极数据中心(Arctic Data Center)、Zenodo、环境数据倡议库(Environmental Data Initiative)及PANGAEA。检索式设置为:(甲烷(methane) OR CH4 OR 二氧化碳(carbon dioxide) OR CO2 OR 一氧化二氮(nitrous oxide) OR N2O OR 温室*(greenhouse*)) AND (湖泊(lake) OR 池塘(pond) OR 水库(reservoir)) AND (北极区域(Arctic*) OR 青藏高原(Tibet*) OR 格陵兰(Greenland) OR 南极区域(Antarctic) OR 冰川(glacier*) OR 多年冻土(permafrost))。为保障数据集的完整性,研究团队于2025年4月前开展了多轮检索。用于分析冰冻圈湖泊甲烷(CH4)排放温度响应特征的R语言代码,可通过以下链接获取:https://github.com/songchunlin/CryoLakeCH4Temp。由宋春林、王根绪、Cristian Gudasz、R.
