Chromatin state profiling using multiple histone modifications in isolated wild type E13.5 mandibular mouse incisors. Imputed files were generated using these files and data obtained from ENCODE embryonic and postnatal mouse ChIP samples. Overall design: Examination of 6 different histone modifications (plus input) for E13.5 mandibular mouse incisor.
本数据集针对分离获得的野生型小鼠胚胎期13.5天(E13.5)下颌门齿,采用多种组蛋白修饰开展染色质状态谱分析。本研究基于上述原始文件以及从ENCODE项目获取的小鼠胚胎期与出生后染色质免疫共沉淀(Chromatin Immunoprecipitation,ChIP)样本数据,生成了估算填补文件。整体实验设计:对小鼠E13.5下颌门齿的6种不同组蛋白修饰(辅以输入对照样本)进行检测分析。
