Lists of genes and their respective p values as performed using a NEgative Binomial mixed model Using a Large-sample Approximation (NEBULA) for each treatment condition and cell type combination versus naive. Adj.P.Val were calculated using the Benjamini-Hochberg procedure as implemented in p.adjust (stats v4.1.1).

本数据集包含各基因及其对应p值的列表，针对每一组处理条件与细胞类型的组合（与naive对照组相比），均采用基于大样本近似的负二项混合模型（Negative Binomial mixed model Using a Large-sample Approximation, NEBULA）计算得到。校正后p值（Adj.P.Val）通过本杰米尼-霍赫贝格校正法（Benjamini-Hochberg procedure）计算，具体实现采用R语言stats包（版本4.1.1）中的p.adjust函数。本数据集格式为纯文本（TXT）。
