his research evaluates accessibility in mobile applications with the Accessibility Scanner tool. The evaluated applications are related to the quality of the air we breathe. Several applications provide information on the level of contamination, the concentration of each pollutant, an index of international air quality according to the area and provide necessary recommendations on outdoor physical activity. However, despite the number of existing applications for mobile devices, not all are accessible. The study uses the Google tool when applying the Accessibility Guidelines for mobile applications using the Accessibility Guidelines for Web Content 2.0 and 2.1. Ten mobile applications were evaluated, the most frequent errors are related to the Text contrast followed by Touch target and Item Label. This study has limitations, but it can serve as a lesson learned to develop inclusive mobile applications.

本研究利用无障碍扫描器(Accessibility Scanner)工具,对移动应用的无障碍性开展评估。本次评估的应用均聚焦于我们呼吸的空气质量主题,多款应用可提供污染水平、各类污染物浓度、适配地域的国际空气质量指数等信息,并针对户外体育活动给出相应建议。尽管当前移动设备端的空气质量相关应用数量众多,但并非所有产品均具备无障碍适配能力。本研究依据移动应用无障碍指南,并结合网页内容无障碍指南(Accessibility Guidelines for Web Content)2.0与2.1版本,采用谷歌无障碍扫描器工具完成全部评估流程。本次共评估10款移动应用,其中最频发的无障碍缺陷依次为文本对比度相关问题,其次是触摸目标问题与项目标签相关问题。本研究虽存在一定局限性,但可为包容性移动应用的开发提供宝贵的经验借鉴。
