Supporting data for "Metagenomic Sequencing of Gut Microbiome and Antibiotic Resistance Genes after Antibiotics Therapy for Helicobacter pylori"

This dataset includes four folder: ARG dataset, virus dataset, fungi dataset, RPG presentations Folder1 includes datasets of ARGs, microbiota, ARG mechanism, metadata, and codes for statistical analysis and figure generation. Folder2 includes datasets of viruses, microbiota, metadata, and codes for statistical analysis and figure generation. Folder3 includes datasets of fungi, microbiota, metadata, and codes for statistical analysis and figure generation. Folder4 includes all the presentations in the department and international conference.
