野生型（wild-type, Wt）与miR-499转基因（miR-499 Tg）小鼠皮下脂肪垫的总基质血管组分（stromal vascular fraction, SVF）中BrdU阳性（BrdU+）细胞占比。采用腹腔内注射（intraperitoneally, IP）方式给予2小时脉冲剂量的BrdU。野生型（Wt）与Sox6基因敲除（Sox6 mKO）小鼠皮下脂肪垫的总SVF中BrdU+细胞占比。采用腹腔内注射方式给予2小时脉冲剂量的BrdU。
