Phytophthora infestans Raw sequence reads

Genotyping-by-sequencing was performed on 257 Phytophthora infestans isolates representing four United States clonal lineages (US-8, US-11, US-23, and US-24) to investigate diversity within lineages. Data are restriction-site-associated short reads which were aligned to the reference genome in order to identify single nucleotide polymorphisms which were used to study population diversity.

本研究对代表美国4个克隆谱系（US-8、US-11、US-23及US-24）的257株致病疫霉（Phytophthora infestans）分离株开展了测序分型（Genotyping-by-sequencing）实验，以探究各谱系内的遗传多样性。所获取的数据为限制性酶切位点相关短读长序列，将其比对至参考基因组后可鉴定出单核苷酸多态性（Single Nucleotide Polymorphisms），以此开展种群多样性相关研究。
