Physical constants are not eternal: Why an Observer on the Survey Line Spiral Cannot Perceive the Breathing (d)

In the World Quantum Theory (WQT), the Survey Line Spiral is the geometric template of the universe. An observer embedded on this spiral reads a stable sinusoidal wave of constant amplitude, not because the amplitude is objectively constant, but because his measurement standards—length, time, mass—are synchronously scaled by the same spiral. The radial velocity d, which we identify as the "breathing" of the spiral, is invisible to him. This paper explains why: d is the direction along which the observer's own measurement frame expands or contracts. Since his ruler, clock, and mass standards all participate in the same scaling, there is no relative difference to detect. The tangential velocity v, however, is angular and therefore provides a non-scaling phase reference, allowing periodic phenomena to be observed. The paper further shows that d is absorbed into the Lorentz factor gamma = c/d, appearing as mass/energy rather than as a dynamical velocity. Thus the observer's physics contains only v, not d.
