Bulk RNA sequencing of epithelial cells from AOM-DSS mouse colorectal cancer (CRC)

Gamma-delta T cells prevent CRC. To understand the criticial role of Gamma-delta T cells in CRC, AOM-DSS tumors from mice lacking TCRγδ and with TCRγδ cells were used to isolate epithelial cells to study gene expression by bulk RNA sequencing. γδ T细胞（Gamma-delta T cells）可抑制结直肠癌（CRC）。为阐明γδ T细胞在结直肠癌中的关键作用，研究人员以缺失TCRγδ及携带TCRγδ细胞的小鼠的AOM-DSS诱导结直肠肿瘤为实验材料，分离上皮细胞并通过批量RNA测序（bulk RNA sequencing）开展基因表达分析。本数据集的测序样本为AOM-DSS诱导的小鼠结直肠肿瘤上皮细胞。
