SCovid v2.0 is a comprehensive atlas for revealing the molecular characteristics of COVID-19, which integrates across-tissue and multi-data-type, including data browsing, searching, and downloading. Significantly, we added data from patients with other human coronaviruses for researchers to perform circumferential comparisons.
SCovid v2.0是一款用于揭示新型冠状病毒肺炎（COVID-19）分子特征的综合图谱数据集，其整合了跨组织、多类型的数据，并涵盖数据浏览、检索与下载功能。尤为重要的是，本数据集新增了其他人类冠状病毒感染患者的相关数据，以供科研人员开展全方位对比分析。
