In this project, we aimed to investigate the influence of the strigolactone signaling pathway on the soybean rhizosphere microbiome assembly. To achieve this goal, we manipulated the expression of three target genes involved in strigolactone biosynthesis and signal perception, and characterized soybean rhizosphere bacterial and fungal community changes using 16S rRNA gene and ITS2 region sequencing.
本研究旨在探究独脚金内酯(strigolactone)信号通路对大豆根际微生物组组装的影响。为实现该研究目标,我们对参与独脚金内酯生物合成与信号感知的三个靶基因的表达进行了调控,并采用16S核糖体RNA基因(16S rRNA gene)与ITS2区域测序技术,解析了大豆根际细菌与真菌群落的变化特征。
