Whole genome sequencing of Acinetobacter baumannii ATCC19606

We study tolerization mechanism of antimicrobials and use Acinetobacter baumannii ATCC19606 purchased as a model microbe. This strain shows drug-resistance to various kinds of antibiotics. To acquire some biochemical findings, we attempt to perform whole genome sequencing of Acinetobacter baumannii ATCC1960, and compare the sequences to those of related species.

本研究旨在探究抗菌剂的耐受机制，以购得的鲍曼不动杆菌(Acinetobacter baumannii) ATCC19606作为模式微生物。该菌株对多种抗生素均具有耐药性。为获取相关生化研究结果，我们拟对鲍曼不动杆菌ATCC1960开展全基因组测序，并将其序列与相关物种的序列进行比对分析。
