Antimicrobial resistance monitoring results complementing the European Union Summary Report on Antimicrobial Resistance in zoonotic and indicator bacteria from humans, animals and food in 2018/2019 – North Macedonia

This dataset contains AMR monitoring results in animals and food at the isolate level pursuant to Article 9 of Directive 2003/99/EC and to Annex, part B, of Commission implementing Decision 2013/652/EU. In addition, the dataset includes any other results from isolates than the ones mentioned in the Commission implementing Decision 2013/652/EU. The quantitative minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) data from dilution methods are included. 本数据集包含依据《2003/99/EC号指令》第9条以及欧盟委员会实施决议2013/652/EU附件B部分生成的动物及食品来源分离株水平的抗微生物药物耐药性（Antimicrobial Resistance，AMR）监测结果。此外，本数据集还涵盖欧盟委员会实施决议2013/652/EU未列明的其他分离株检测结果。本数据集纳入了通过稀释法获得的定量最低抑菌浓度（Minimum Inhibitory Concentration，MIC）数据。参与2019年抗微生物药物耐药性数据收集的报告机构：斯科普里兽医学院（Faculty of Veterinary Medicine - Skopje）。
