Data for: Data from differentially expressed proteins in platelet components associated with adverse transfusion reactions.

These data correspond to the processing data obtained from protein differentially expression analysis of blood platelet components (PCs), when those PCs were found in association with adverse transfusion reactions (ATRs), in the following types:
i) Buffy-coat-derived pooled PCs (PPCs)
ii) Single donor apheresis PCs (SDA-PCs)

本数据集对应于对伴随输血不良反应（adverse transfusion reactions, ATRs）的血液血小板成分（blood platelet components, PCs）开展蛋白质差异表达分析所获得的处理数据，涉及以下两种类型：
i) 白膜层混合制备血小板成分（Buffy-coat-derived pooled PCs, PPCs）
