The occurrence of drug-induced kidney injury (DKI) is hindering the treatment of patients need medical interventions and even directly lead to the death of patients. We employed genome wide CRISPR/Cas9 screens and transcriptome sequencings in drug induced nephrotoxicity cell model. Through the combined analysis of CRISPR/Cas9 screening and RNA-seq, we provided a series of genes and critical functional theme clusters potentially responsible for DKI susceptibility.

药物性肾损伤(drug-induced kidney injury, DKI)的发生,不仅阻碍了需接受临床干预患者的治疗进程,甚至可直接导致患者死亡。本研究在药物性肾毒性细胞模型中采用全基因组CRISPR/Cas9筛选与转录组测序技术,通过对CRISPR/Cas9筛选结果与RNA测序(RNA-seq)数据的联合分析,鉴定得到一系列与药物性肾损伤易感性潜在相关的基因及关键功能主题簇。
