Bacillus thuringiensis PmL3 was isolated from the rhizosphere of Medicago spp. plants growing Rio Piedras estuary (Huelva, Spain), and it was characterized as plant growth promoting bacteria (Flores-Duarte et al., 2022). (§). Genome sequencing of Bacillus thuringiensis PmL3 was done using the Illumina platform by the company MicrobesNG (Birmingham, United Kingdom).
