The temporal course of microglial inflammation-related gene expression was defined uding nanostring platform at acute, subacute, and chronic time points in a pre-clinical TBI model. In the study presented here, we analyzed the temporal course of changes in inflammatory genes of microglia isolated from injured brains at 2, 14 and 60 days after controlled cortical impact in mice, a well-established model of focal cerebral contusion.
本数据集在临床前创伤性脑损伤(Traumatic Brain Injury, TBI)模型中,通过纳米String(Nanostring)技术平台,于急性期、亚急性期及慢性期三个时间节点,明确了小胶质细胞炎症相关基因表达的时间进程。在本次报道的研究中,我们针对小鼠控制性皮质撞击(controlled cortical impact, CCI)这一经典局灶性脑挫伤模型,分析了致伤后第2、14和60天分离自损伤脑组织的小胶质细胞的炎症基因表达时序变化。
