This dataset is primarily targeted at research on high-precision approximation algorithms for meshes and surfaces, including tests for quadrilateral surface patch parameterization, triangle mesh quadrangulation, global offset of complex surface patch bodies, construction of smooth NURBS surfaces, and surface generation from boundary curves. The quadrilateral surface patch parameterization test library contains 200 test case files in OBJ format; the triangle mesh quadrangulation test library includes a total of 1534 test samples in OBJ format, covering CAD models and automotive part models, with each sample consisting of an original triangular mesh model and a quadrilateral mesh model generated via a direction-field-based quadrangulation method; the global offset test library for complex automotive body surfaces comprises 1000 samples sourced from body inner panel-related models and complex automotive body and component-related models respectively, with each sample containing four simple B-spline surface patches; the surface generation from boundary curves test library includes 43 test samples in TXT format, with each sample containing B-spline curves extracted from B-spline surfaces.
