Busseola fusca principal haplotype genome sequencing

This is the scaffolded principal haplotype, mostly VH maternal, with the exception of an included WV Z-chromosome, of the Busseola fusca isolate F1 hybrid genome that we sequenced.

此即为我们所测序的高粱条螟（Busseola fusca）分离株F1杂交基因组的经支架组装的主要单倍型（scaffolded principal haplotype），其绝大多数序列为VH母源型，仅包含一条WV型Z染色体（WV Z-chromosome）作为例外。
