In this study, a nanopore-based third-generation sequencing (TGS) method utilizing a single primer pair was applied to amplify full-length mtDNA from 106 samples across eight distinct family pedigrees. The dataset contains sequencing metrics, alignment statistics, NUMT analysis, and pedigree charts to validate the method's effectiveness in circumventing NUMT interference and supporting comprehensive forensic identification.

本研究采用基于纳米孔的第三代测序(third-generation sequencing, TGS)方法,利用单引物对从8个独立家系的106份样本中扩增获得全长线粒体DNA(mitochondrial DNA, mtDNA)。该数据集包含测序指标、比对统计结果、核线粒体DNA片段(nuclear mitochondrial DNA segments, NUMT)分析及家系图谱,可用于验证该方法在规避NUMT干扰、支撑全面法医鉴定方面的有效性。
