Liver sinusoidal endothelial cells (LSECs) form discontinuous, permeable microvessels, and their characteristic gene expression profile is significantly different from that of continuous microvascular endothelial cells. LSECs play a significant role in maintaining liver homeostasis. The TGF-beta signaling pathway plays a pivotal role in regulating the proliferation and differentiation of LSECs during liver homeostasis. Therefore, we utilized LSEC-specific TGF-beta signaling blockade mice and wild type mice, isolating their primary LSECs to obtain their gene expression profiles.

肝窦内皮细胞(Liver sinusoidal endothelial cells,LSECs)构成不连续且具有通透特性的微血管,其特征性基因表达谱与连续性微血管内皮细胞存在显著差异。该类细胞在维持肝脏稳态中发挥关键作用。转化生长因子-β(TGF-beta)信号通路在肝脏稳态过程中,对肝窦内皮细胞的增殖与分化具有核心调控作用。因此,本研究利用LSEC特异性TGF-beta信号通路阻断小鼠与野生型小鼠,分离其原代肝窦内皮细胞以获取基因表达谱。
