To investigate the role of DOCK1 in trophoblast regulation, we established HTR-8 lines in which DOCK1 has been knocked out by sgRNA using CRISPR/Cas9. Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for DOCK1-KO and its control in HTR-8 cells.

为探究DOCK1在滋养层细胞调控中的作用,我们利用CRISPR/Cas9系统,通过单向导RNA(single guide RNA,sgRNA)构建了DOCK1基因敲除的HTR-8细胞系;随后对该基因敲除组(DOCK1-KO)及其对照组的HTR-8细胞的RNA测序(RNA-seq)数据开展比较基因表达谱分析。
