This is the first annual report for EPM 27185 ‘Eliza’ and summarises the work completed by Rio Tinto Exploration (RTX) for the reporting period of 17th September 2019 to 16th September 2020.

This exploration permit was worked as part of a package of tenements held by Rio Tinto in the Mount Isa-Cloncurry region for purposes of finding economic grade IOCG-style copper and/or sediment hosted type copper mineralisation. Basement geology is defined by two distinct stratigraphic, magnetic and gravity domains interpreted to be metasediments and minor metabasalt of the Toole Creek Volcanics in the east juxtaposed against felsic to intermediate volcanic rocks and calc-silicate granofels of the Mount Fort Constantine Volcanics and Corella Formation in the west. A major N - NNW trending Mount Margaret Fault, separates the domains.

Work completed on EPM 27185 ‘Eliza’ during the reporting period included an airborne EM survey during November 2019.
