默克尔细胞癌(Merkel Cell Carcinoma, MCC)是一种侵袭性皮肤癌,其治疗手段有限,且对免疫检查点阻断(Immune Checkpoint Blockade, ICB)治疗的应答率较低。本研究构建了目前规模最大的MCC肿瘤样本与配对血液样本的单细胞测序数据库,以识别可预测ICB治疗应答的肿瘤基因模块。研究采用MCC肿瘤样本及配对血液样本进行批量RNA测序(bulk RNA-seq)与单细胞RNA测序(single-cell RNA-seq)。**原始数据正在提交至基因型与表型数据库(dbGaP)**
