Birdsong rhythm: Onsets/intervals of a zebra finch song corpus and 3 thrush nightingale song corpora

This file contains variable "ZebraFinch_intervals_ms":
A vector of syllable onset-onset intervals of zebra finch song in ms. NAN entries mark boundaries of singing bouts.
Song is from 93 captive zebra finches recorded at the Rockefeller field center in Millbrook, NY. Details are described in file "METHODS4IntervalData_processing of birdsong.pdf".

This file contains the following datasets:

Corpus 1 - full song dataset:
"ThrushNightingaleSongs_intervals_ms": vector of syllable onset-onset intervals of thrush nightingale song. NAN entries mark song boundaries.
Songs are a subset of 45 recordings obtained from the publicly available birdsong library http://www.xeno-canto.org. Identifiers of the xeno-canto recordings are provided in the file "Pointers_to_xeno-canto_data.mat".

Corpus 2 - stable rhythm dataset:
"ThrushNightingaleStableRhythms_intervals_ms", a subset of Corpus 1 onset-onset intervals. They include only ‘stable rhythms’, i.e. song epochs with stably repeated interval dyads. A description of how this dataset was generated is provided in the file "METHODS4IntervalData_processing of birdsong.pdf".

Corpus 3 - "same syllable type" dataset:
"ThrushNightingaleSameSyllableEpochs_intervals_ms": A vector of syllable onset-onset intervals of trains of same-syllable repetitions from the same 45 xeno-canto recordings underlying Corpus 1. Same-syllable epochs were manually identified as described in file "METHODS4IntervalData_processing of birdsong.pdf".
"ThrushNightingale_SameSyllableEpochs_onsets_ms": same dataset, onset times in ms, from the beginning of each same-note train.

斑胸草雀（Zebra Finch）数据集：

语料库2——稳定节律数据集：
变量"ThrushNightingaleStableRhythms_intervals_ms"：语料库1的起始-起始间隔子集，仅包含“稳定节律”，即具有稳定重复间隔二元组的鸣唱片段。该数据集的生成方法详见文件"METHODS4IntervalData_processing of birdsong.pdf"。

语料库3——同音节类型数据集：
变量"ThrushNightingaleSameSyllableEpochs_intervals_ms"：取自语料库1所用的45段xeno-canto录音中同音节重复序列的音节起始-起始间隔向量。同音节片段的人工识别方法详见文件"METHODS4IntervalData_processing of birdsong.pdf"。
变量"ThrushNightingale_SameSyllableEpochs_onsets_ms"：同上述数据集，为以毫秒为单位的每段同音节序列的起始时间向量。
