The freshly purchased, shell-on oysters were cleaned after shucking and subsequently placed under direct sunlight, with daily flipping of the oysters performed at 10 AM. Samples were collected at four time points, namely, before sun exposure (OGT0), after 1 day of sun exposure (OGT1), after 2 days of sun exposure (OGT2), and after 4 days of sun exposure (OGT4). A total of four biological replicates (oyster samples) were collected at each time point.
本研究所用新鲜采购的带壳牡蛎,经开壳取肉后完成清洗,随后被放置于直射日光下进行暴晒,每日上午10点对牡蛎样本进行翻面操作。实验共设置四个采样时间点,分别为光照处理前(OGT0)、光照处理1天后(OGT1)、光照处理2天后(OGT2)以及光照处理4天后(OGT4)。每个时间点均采集4份生物学重复牡蛎样本。
