Data and analysis code for "Integrated toxicokinetics underlie selective sequestration of cardiotonic steroids in the Asian snake Rhabdophis tigrinus"

This repository contains the datasets and R scripts used for statistical analyses and figure generation in the associated study of cardiotonic steroid sequestration, excretion, and chemical modification in Rhabdophis tigrinus. The experiments compared the handling of bufalin, digitoxigenin, and ouabain. This version was revised following peer review and includes updated datasets, analysis scripts, and figure numbering, including the integration of the former Figs. 1–4 into the new multi-panel Fig. 1.
