Comparison between treatment groups for GIA in day 70 and 140 at 6 mg/ mL Rabbit IgG for 2 laboratory strains. Between group differences are expressed as delta’s with 95% confidence intervals. P values are adjusted for multiple comparisons using Tukey’s honest significant difference test (Tukey’s HSD test). The FCR3 strain expresses an AMA1 homologous to the immunizing antigen, whereas NF54 strain expresses an AMA1 that differs by 26 amino acids in the ectodomain. (XLSX 12 kb)
