Environmentally isolated Portieria hornemannii hologenome sequencing

Portieria hornemannii is a producer of halogenated terpenes. This sequencing project identified red algal terpene synthases and supports our understanding of the distribution and evolutionary history of halogenated terpene biosynthesis.
